Hery Djie

Hery Djie has extensive work experience in the field of compound semiconductors and photonics. Hery began their career at Broadcom in 2004 as an Epitaxy Engineer. Hery then joined Lehigh University as a Principal Research Engineer, where they focused on the development of novel III-V compound semiconductor materials, fabrication processes, and photonic devices. In 2007, Hery joined Lumentum as the Senior Director of Manufacturing Engineering. In this role, they led the wafer fab manufacturing engineering for Lumentum's legacy photonics product lines, overseeing the development and production of various optical components and integrated circuits.

Hery Djie holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, which they completed in 2004. Prior to that, they obtained their B.Eng in Electrical Engineering from Universitas Pelita Harapan in 1999.
