Jeff Oberg

Jeff Oberg has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Jeff began their career as a Submarine Officer in the US Navy from 1989 to 1996. Following their military service, they worked as a Director Program Management at Publicis Sapient from 1996 to 2005. After this, they joined Staples Inc as a Senior Project Manager from 2005 to 2007. Oberg then moved on to Dovetail Health, where they served as the Managing Director, responsible for the definition and implementation of population health service offerings from 2007 to 2015. Jeff then transitioned to Optum as part of their Population Health Strategy and Solution team, focusing on architecting and designing large-scale population health management solutions, from 2015 to 2017. Oberg's most recent role was as the Vice President of MA Market Operations at Lumeris, where they helped payers and providers transition to value-based care by designing, operating, and optimizing value-based care delivery models.

Jeff Oberg obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the United States Naval Academy between 1985 and 1989. Later, from 1994 to 1996, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer and Information Science from Rensselaer at Work.
