Developer Steve Coochin has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Since 2022, they have been working as a Senior Developer Advocate at Lumigo. Before that, in 2020, they held the role of Organiser at Ausiot and was also an Advisory Board Member at Barayamal. In 2021, they worked as a Senior Developer Advocate at Snyk. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2021, Steve served as a Developer Advocate at IBM. DeveloperSteve also held positions as a Developer Evangelist at Telstra from 2017 to 2019 and as a Chief Innovation Officer at Sniip® from 2016 to 2017. Additionally, they have held roles such as CTO at Kini Swimwear Pty Ltd and Senior Developer Evangelist at Xero in 2016. Steve's career started at PayPal in 2014, where they worked as an APAC Developer Advocate until 2016.

DeveloperSteve Coochin obtained a PayPal Certification in 2010, becoming a certified PayPal developer. In addition to this certification, they have obtained several other certifications over the years. These include becoming an Advisor from Barayamal in December 2020, acquiring the CVE-2022-28368 certification from the CVE Program in April 2022, and completing various courses and certifications from IBM. These IBM certifications include Think Like a Hacker, IBM Quantum Conversations, Cognitive Practitioner, IoT - Intro to IBM IoT Connection Service, IoT - Intro to IBM IoT Worker Insights, and IoT - Overview of IBM Watson IoT Platform. The IBM certifications were obtained between 2019 and 2020.
