Kermit Kaleba

Kermit Kaleba is the Strategy Director for Employer Aligned Programs at Lumina Foundation. Prior to this, Kaleba served as the Managing Director, Policy at National Skills Coalition. With experience as the Executive Director at DC Workforce Investment Council and Senior Policy Analyst at National Skills Coalition, Kaleba brings a wealth of expertise in workforce development. They hold a Doctor of Law (JD) from William & Mary, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Government.
