Seshagopal Manavasi has worked in the engineering field since 2011. Seshagopal began their career at CD-adapco as a Senior Engineer, where they developed analysis methods and delivered production ready CFD solutions to multiple industry sectors. During their time there, they developed methods that were implemented at OEM technical centers worldwide, reducing design cycle time by 25%. Seshagopal also reduced FLOCyling mountain bike drag by 15% and identified and rectified Steelcase's thermal issues on their embedded electronics package, potentially reducing warranty costs by hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Seshagopal introduced these technologies to a wide range of clients through compelling 'Art of the Possible' demos and initiated paradigm shift in current product development processes. During their time at Dassault Systèmes, they minimized design cycle time by 50% by establishing efficient CFD workflows at a major consumer products company, leading to multi-million-dollar software sales and 300% growth.

Most recently, Manavasi joined Luminary Cloud in 2023 as a Senior Application Engineer.

Seshagopal Manavasi completed a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology between 2003 and 2007. Seshagopal then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Cincinnati between 2007 and 2010. Before this, they attended Vidya Mandir, Mylapore from 1999 to 2003. No additional certifications have been listed.
