Salvador Martinez Cruz

Salvador Martinez Cruz has a strong background in software testing and quality assurance. Salvador has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as a Senior Product Test Lead Engineer at Texas Instruments - Dextra technologies, where they coordinated the Linux Test Team and conducted various tests for TI OMAP processors. From 2008 to 2009, they served as a QA Project Test Lead at Virgin Mobile - Softtek, where they developed web social networks for mobile devices. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as an Ecomm Test Lead and QA Manager at Accenture, where they controlled the end-to-end software development lifecycle for various products. From 2011 to 2015, they served as a Software Test Lead and IT Project Manager at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, where they managed multiple projects and led software testing efforts. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as an FTE Performance Test Lead at Tata Consultancy Services, focusing on functional and performance testing. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Senior Quality Engineer and Test Lead at TriNet, providing support in leading agile projects. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Senior Test Analyst and QA Test Lead at Capgemini, where they coordinated test teams and designed test strategies. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Cybernetics and Computer Systems with a focus on Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Universidad La Salle, A.C. between 2000 and 2005. In addition to their formal education, Salvador has also earned an Associate's Degree in Organizational Leadership and Management Series from Austin Community College in 2013.

Salvador has further enhanced their skills and knowledge by obtaining additional certifications. In June 2021, they acquired certifications in Quality Management Foundations, Software Testing Foundations: Test Management, and Software Testing Foundations: Testing throughout the SDLC from LinkedIn.
