Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct product research and product design for new products.

2. Ensures the readiness of New Product Introduction: BOM preparation, WI development, Equipment/Tooling identification, Project schedule management.

3. Attends to manufacturing issues during the pilot run stage and ensure that all issues have been resolved prior to mass production, Provides technical support to production.

4. Performing design reviews, DFM analysis, Design of Experiments, root cause analysis, defect prevention techniques, lean manufacturing, and quality processes.

Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree in electrical/electronic, optical communication, computer, manufacturing or other relevant engineering.
2. Working experience in the LED packaging industry is preferred.
3. Must be experience in: performing design reviews, DFM analysis, Design of Experiments, root cause analysis, defect prevention techniques, lean manufacturing, and quality processes.
4. Possesses interpersonal skills, able to interact with all levels in a manufacturing environment and strong Teamwork skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with Mandarin and English.
