Merwin Garcia

Merwin Garcia is a seasoned professional in the insurance and banking sectors with extensive experience in claims management and training. Currently serving as Claims Team Manager at NZI since July 2016, Merwin simultaneously holds the position of Senior Case Manager and Lead Trainer at Lumley General Insurance (N.Z.) Ltd. from April 2012. Previous roles include Claims Consultant at IAG New Zealand from September 2009 to April 2012 and Bank Consultant at Westpac New Zealand Limited from May 2004 to September 2009. Merwin holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development from Massey University, completed between 2010 and 2013.
