Roberto Simoni currently serves as the Food and Beverage Operations Manager for Lungarno Collection since May 2023. Prior to this role, Roberto held the position of Direttore di stabilimento at PEDEVILLA SPA from June 2022 to May 2023. A significant portion of Roberto's career was spent at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where titles included Banqueting Manager, Assistant Banquet Manager, and Banqueting Supervisor from February 2016 to June 2022. Additional experience includes serving as Bar Manager at Principe Forte dei Marmi from December 2012 to February 2016, a Barman at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from March 2012 to October 2012, a Bartender for Oceania Cruises from December 2011 to March 2012, and Primo Barman at Tombolo Talasso Resort ***** from April 2011 to November 2011. Roberto's educational background includes studies at ITCG F: Niccolini from 2000 to 2005.
