Cyril Kamran

Cyril Kamran serves as the Resettlement Manager at Lutheran Family Services Rocky Mountains, specializing as Resettlement Supervisor for Afghan refugees since May 2022. Prior experience includes managerial roles at MVD Express and USAA, as well as a significant position as Director at Islamabad Christians Against Narcotics, where Cyril oversaw a comprehensive detoxification and rehabilitation program for drug users. Cyril also acted as National Program Coordinator for Health and WASH at Caritas Pakistan, coordinating efforts across multiple diocesan units and liaising with governmental and non-governmental organizations. Further experience encompasses monitoring and evaluation roles for various health-related projects, including those focused on HIV/AIDS prevention and capacity building in the Punjab government. Cyril holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of the Punjab.
