Jeremy Fry has extensive work experience in the commercial insurance industry, starting in 2002 at Aon UK National (Corporate) Insurance division. Jeremy fulfilled a range of roles within the company and eventually became the Training Manager, responsible for managing a team of trainers and overseeing learning and development programs. Jeremy has expertise in designing and delivering training across technical and non-technical subjects and identifying training needs. Prior to their time at Aon UK, they worked as a Senior Teacher and Course Designer at Target English Language Consultants in Warsaw, Poland. Currently, Jeremy is the Divisional Director and Learning & Development Manager at Lycetts.

Jeremy Fry earned a BA (Hons) degree in Government & Public Policy from Northumbria University. Jeremy also obtained a Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from Trinity College, London in 1996.
