Penny Othen is the current Director of Marketing at Lyfta. Penny has over 15 years of experience in the marketing industry, working with companies such as Atom Brands, Digital Mums, and Diageo.
Penny started their career as a Marketing Consultant with Freelance Marketing Services in October 2012. Penny then joined Digital Mums as Head of Marketing in January 2014. In this role, they were responsible for the development and delivery of marketing plans for the company.
In May 2018, Penny left Digital Mums to join Atom Brands as a Marketing Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for the development and delivery of marketing plans for the company's ecommerce channel. Penny also worked closely with the Head of ecommerce to deliver channel plans for the full range of Atom Brands premium craft spirits.
In November 2018, Penny was promoted to Trade Marketing Manager UK. In this role, they were responsible for the development and delivery of Trade Marketing plans for Atom Brands UK. Penny managed a team of 3 Trade Marketing Executives to create and deliver channel plans across On Trade, Wholesale, Grocery, Luxury and Independent and Ecommerce Channels.
Penny left Atom Brands in December 2019 to join Lyfta as Director of Marketing.
Penny Othen has a Law degree from the University of East Anglia and a Marketing degree from Martran College London.
Penny Othen reports to Serdar Ferit, CEO & Co-Founder. They work with Tiina Rantakokko - Co-Founder & Chief of Staff, Harriet Marshall - Head, Educational Research, and Joakim Rowley - Engagement Manager.
