Guilherme Meirelles Silva is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and supply chain leadership. Currently serving as the Manufacturing & Supply Chain Lead at Lyka since June 2023, Guilherme has a solid background in continuous improvement, having held key roles at The Kraft Heinz Company, including Continuous Improvement Manager and Engineering and Maintenance Manager. Notably, Guilherme contributed to the implementation of the Kraft Heinz Management System and drove supply chain enhancements at Bayer. Previous roles at Schlumberger involved support for drilling operations and various engineering positions, highlighting a robust experience in engineering and operational efficiency.
