Ali Salimi-Tarazouj

Ali Salimi-Tarazouj, Ph.D., is currently a Scientist at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) since November 2022, and holds a position as a Research Affiliate at the University of Maryland since January 2023. Additionally, Ali serves as a Physical Scientist at Lynker, also starting in November 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Coastal Engineer at Michael Baker International from April 2022 to November 2022 and managing projects at Industrial Tools International FZCO from January 2015 to January 2017. Ali earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Coastal Engineering from the University of Delaware, completing the program between 2017 and 2022.
