Alexandra Schenk

Alexandra Schenk is a Physical Scientist at the U.S. Department of Energy, serving as a federal project manager for the Oak Ridge Environmental Management project in Oak Ridge, TN, since February 2024. Prior to this role, Alexandra worked as a Project Manager at ORISE from May 2023 to February 2024, facilitating environmental remediation projects. Alexandra also held positions as a Research Assistant at The University of the South, an AmeriCorps Seasonal Interpretive Recreator at Tennessee State Parks, and a Summer Intern at the Knoxville County Health Department. Alexandra earned a degree in Environment and Sustainability with a focus on Conservation from The University of the South in 2023.
