Rolland Brail has extensive experience in meteorology and oceanography, primarily as a Physical Scientist at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) since August 2015. Prior roles at NOAA included forecasting space weather and issuing alerts and warnings. Brail's military background includes various positions within the U.S. Marine Corps, where responsibilities involved analyzing meteorological data, preparing reports and forecasts for combat operations, and supporting intelligence operations through comprehensive weather analysis. Educational qualifications include an AA and BA in Meteorology from Thomas Edison State University, as well as advanced studies at the Community College of the Air Force and the University of Maryland University College.
