Brian Lim

Brian Lim (IHRP-SP) has extensive experience in human resources, having worked at the Ministry of Defence of Singapore from 2006 to 2020. Brian held roles in Leadership Training and Development from 2006 to 2012, and then transitioned to Human Resources Management until 2020. In 2020, they joined M-DAQ Global as the Senior Director of Human Resources.

Brian Lim completed their Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) from 2012 to 2014. Brian then pursued a Master of Human Capital Leadership in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at Singapore Management University from 2020 to 2021. In addition, Brian has obtained multiple certifications including Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E) and Certified Agile Leadership for Teams (CAL-T) from Scrum Alliance, as well as being recognized as an HR Professional by the Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI) and an IHRP Senior Professional by the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP).
