The brainchild of Chef George Patti and Sommelier Thomas Smith, M.E.A.T. isn’t your typical burger joint; we smoke all of our own meats onsite, make our sausage in-house and even create our own condiments from scratch. While M.E.A.T. is certainly a carnivore’s dream, don’t be fooled by the name, we also serve lighter fare including creative salads, veggie dips and more. You’ll also find 12 craft beers on tap, along with organic wines and micro-brewed sodas prepared without high fructose corn syrup.
