Riina Lindholm

Riina Lindholm has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Riina started their career as a Graduate Trainee, where they investigated Internet retail channels and completed their Master's thesis. Riina then worked as a Media Designer, responsible for developing and maintaining Nokia's developer community website. Riina later became a Manager in E-Commerce and M-Commerce, where they played a key role in ramping up digital services sales to consumers.

In their role as a Manager in Billing Solutions, Riina defined billing models for mobile solutions and provided implementation guidelines to the solutions teams. Riina also served as a Smart Phone Solutions Manager, where they were responsible for delivering security and document management solutions developed by international partners to Nokia's Total Product Offer programs.

Riina held several managerial positions at Nokia, including Manager of Contacts Offering, Manager of Social Experience Services, and Manager of Program Operations. In these roles, they managed various projects and collaborated with different partners to create innovative solutions for Nokia's products.

Riina's experience also includes working at Microsoft as a Principal Engineer, Configuration Management. In this role, they were responsible for configuring and publishing Windows apps to Lumia phones and ensuring apps' quality through warranty claim rate based metrics.

Before joining M-Files Corporation as a Service Manager, Riina worked at Etteplan MORE as a Service Manager, where they were responsible for maintaining defined tailor-made customer software solutions and handling Microsoft Azure sales-related responsibilities.

Currently, Riina Lindholm is working at M-Files Corporation as a Service Manager. Riina'sresponsibilities include overseeing the overall service delivery and engagements for domestic and international customers and ensuring the continuous development of customer-specific environments.

Riina Lindholm completed their education at the Tampere University of Technology from 1991 to 1997, obtaining a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Industrial Engineering and Management. Additionally, they attended Technische Universität Graz from 1995 to 1996, studying Mechanical Engineering and Economic Sciences. Riina Lindholm has also obtained several certifications, including the Agile Project Management certification from LinkedIn in January 2017 and the ITIL Foundation certificate in IT Service Management as well as the PRINCE2 Foundation certificate in Project Management from APMG International in October 2016.
