Liz Sinar has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Liz started their career at Calvin Klein as a Sourcing Director in 2003 and held the position until 2012. Liz then joined Theory as the Director of Production from 2012 to 2014, and subsequently became the Vice President of Production from 2014 to 2019. In 2019, Liz worked as a Product Development | Production Strategy Consultant for rag & bone and Saturdays NYC. Liz then joined Peloton Interactive as a Product Development | Production Strategy Consultant in 2019 and later became the VP of Apparel Product Development & Production from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Liz is working at M.M.LaFleur as the VP of Product starting from May 2023.

Liz Sinar pursued their education in the field of fashion, starting with their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Fashion Merchandising and Product Development from The Ohio State University, which they completed from 1998 to 2002. Later, they attended Parsons School of Design - The New School from 2002 to 2003, where they earned their Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Fashion/Apparel Design.
