Carter Kruse has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2013, Kruse served as a Student Executive Council Member and Young Entrepreneur's Investment Week Intern at Young Entrepreneurs Business Week, where they gained experience in business and leadership programs. In 2015, they became the Oregon Director at Campaign for a Presidential Youth Council, where they were responsible for overseeing all activities in Oregon. From 2016 to 2017, Kruse worked as a Seasonal Customer Service Representative at Macy's. Carter then transitioned to various leadership positions within fraternities and organizations at the University of Oregon, including Vice President of Recruitment - Oregon Chapter and Vice President of Finance - Oregon Chapter at Delta Upsilon International Fraternity, Executive Vice President & Treasurer at University of Oregon Interfraternity Council, and Vice President of Finance at University of Oregon Economics Club. In 2017, Kruse also became the Office Assistant at the University of Oregon, handling administrative tasks and providing support. In 2019, they joined UO MIG - Masters Investment Group as an Equity Research Analyst, where they conducted industry and company analysis to identify investment opportunities. That same year, Kruse became the President of the Master of Science in Finance Student Association at the University of Oregon. In 2019, they also took on the role of Chief Financial Officer at SEIJI'S BRIDGE LLC, overseeing financial planning and transactions for the educational technology company. Currently, Kruse is an Equity Research Associate at M Science, starting in October 2020.

Carter Kruse's education history begins in 2011 when they graduated from Tigard High School with a diploma in General Studies. Following this, from 2013 to 2015, they enrolled as a Dual Enrollment Student at Portland Community College, where they studied Psychology, History, Accounting, and Investments. In 2014, they also attended Portland State University as a Dual Enrollment Student, focusing on Statistics.

Continuing their education, from 2015 to 2019, Carter pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics at the University of Oregon, with a major in Finance and Banking, as well as Mathematics. Carter then proceeded to earn a Master's of Science degree in Finance from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business, covering the period from 2019 to 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Carter has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skillset. In October 2019, they completed courses such as "Python Essential Training" and "SQL Essential Training" from LinkedIn, as well as "Python for Financial Analysis and Algorithmic Trading" and "The Complete Investment Banking Course" from Udemy. In September 2019, they achieved a certification in "Beginner and Intermediate Excel 2016" from Udemy, and another in "Fundamentals of Data Visualization in Tableau" from the same platform. Furthermore, in July 2019, Carter obtained a certification in "Programming Concepts with Python" from Alison - Free Online Learning.
