Dominique Whittaker

Dominique Whittaker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology, nonprofit management, and communications. Currently serving as the President of the Board of Directors for the 107 Independent Supporters Trust since February 2024, Dominique has a strong commitment to supporting soccer in Portland, Oregon. In addition to this role, Dominique is a Senior Portfolio Development Manager at M12, Microsoft’s Venture Fund, where responsibility includes driving strategic partnerships in Cloud Infrastructure and Developer Tools. Previous positions include Technical Program Manager for .NET at Microsoft, Director of Analyst Relations at Gartner, and extensive research and analyst roles at Forrester Research and Pacific Crest Securities. Dominique holds a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management from Northeastern University and a dual bachelor's degree in Photojournalism and Philosophy + Political Science from Hartwick College. Further education includes a Modern Journalism Certificate from NYU.
