In this role, you will work closely with founders and senior management to maintain rapid growth through strategic planning, analysis, and ownership of critical strategic initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience in how to run a software company with a premier growth equity firm at your back, and will have a front row seat for learning how a company leadership team works. What you will do

  • Implement, coordinate, and improve software company best practices across all functional areas. Go-to-market is typically a key area of focus.
  • Lead planning and execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives required to maintain growth (e.g., product launches, market expansion). Determine, track, and report metrics that measure successful implementation.
  • Play a central role in the strategic planning process
  • Define, evaluate, and recommend strategic options (e.g., new products/features, operational improvements, etc.)
  • Forecasting and cash flow planning
  • Assist in common FP&A practices of closing monthly, quarterly, and annual finances
  • Provide support for investment team at M33 Growth (e.g., board meetings, M&A)
  • Identify business processes and systems to be redesigned for scalability
  • Various ad hoc projects for the CEO and functional heads

Who you might be

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree; MBA highly preferred
  • Must have 5+ years banking, consulting, or software industry operating experience
  • Experience developing and managing complex Excel models
  • Experience bringing structure to ambiguous situations
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders, sometimes with conflicting interests
