Andy Timko has built his career helping entrepreneurs turn great ideas and great products into great businesses.
Prior to joining M33, Andy served as the Chief Operating Officer of Catch Co., one of the world’s leading digital platforms for fishing gear and content. He partnered with Catch Co.’s founder to grow revenue from $5M to $30M and created a runway for years of continued growth through the launch of two new lines of business. In this role, Andy managed Catch Co.’s business operations and growth strategy, and also played a central role in building Catch Co.’s leadership team into one of the strongest in the industry. Today, millions of anglers visit Catch Co.’s digital properties every year and their products can be found on the shelves of Dick’s, LLBean, and Walmart nationwide.
Andy has also worked closely with the entrepreneurs behind Particle, Zencity, and Autism in Motion Clinics, the last of which he has helped deliver against an ambitious double bottom line that includes a mission to enable autistic children to live happier and more independent adult lives. In addition to his experience operating, Andy has been a management consultant with Bain & Co. and an investor with Breakout Capital and Mousse Partners.
Andy holds a B.S. in Operations Research & Industrial Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA with Honors from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He is a Massachusetts native currently living in Winchester where he spends his free time playing with his two boys, running, and attempting to start a vegetable garden.
