Lonnie Graver

Lonnie Graver has held a range of positions in the finance and accounting industry since 1990. Theirmost recent role is Chief Financial Officer at M6Connect Corporation, a software development company, where they lead a high performance finance/accounting organization and oversees IT and collaborates with Sales to explore new client relationships. Prior to this, they were Vice President of Finance at Oxen Technology (formerly Heartland Technology Solutions), where they led the finance/accounting organization during the company's transition from hardware and software solutions to a Managed Service Provider (MSP). Lonnie also served as Controller at Omaha Steel Castings Company, where they drove the implementation of a new custom casting software system and led cost-cutting initiatives that saved the company more than $500K annually. Additionally, they were Vice President of Operations/Controller at Client Resources, Inc., where they developed sound financial foundation strategies that enabled growth of the IT development team from 5 to 20 with a strong focus on software innovation. Lonnie began their career as Controller at CoSentry, Inc. (formerly IP Revolution), where they led many aspects of the transition to CoSentry and grew revenue from $10K a month in 2002 to more than $3. 5MM a month in 2011. During the first decade of their career, they held multiple Controller positions, including at Midland Systems, Inc. (later became Sirius Computer Solutions), Evergreen Alliance Golf Limited (EAGL), and Benchmark Computers.

Lonnie Graver obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Bellevue University in 2003. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Accounting from Midland University (formerly Midland Lutheran College) in Fremont, NE in 1990. Lonnie is currently enrolled in Vistage Executive Coaching/Training in Omaha, NE, but has not yet obtained a degree or certification.
