Willow Blythe-Carroll

Willow Blythe-Carroll is the Founder of Weaving Wisdom, where Willow inspires women, youth, and professional leaders of Indigenous and diverse communities through leadership development, restorative healing, and empowerment. Willow also serves as the Marketing Manager for Indigenous Initiatives at Agency MABU, leading marketing communication initiatives for Indigenous-led organizations. Willow has a background in strategic communications, employee engagement, marketing, and public affairs, with experience in various industries and organizations. Willow holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Southern Methodist University and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Mvskoke Language Studies at the College of the Muscogee Nation.
