Claire Anderson

Claire Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years in the clinical research industry. Currently, they serve as the Director of Strategic Proposal Development at MAC Clinical Research since August 2021. Prior to this, Claire worked at Quanticate as the Head of Proposals & Pricing from November 2020 to August 2021 and as a Senior Proposals Manager from January 2020 to November 2020. Claire also worked at Covance Chiltern Inc as a Senior Knowledge Management Analyst from September 2017 to November 2019, and at Chiltern as both a Senior Knowledge Management Analyst from June 2016 to September 2017 and a Proposal Manager II from July 2015 to June 2016. Before that, Claire had a role as a Proposal Manager at PAREXEL from February 2013 to July 2015. Claire began their career at Chiltern International, where they held several roles including Manager, Budgets & Proposals, Europe from July 2010 to February 2013, Senior Budgets & Proposals Executive from December 2008 to July 2010, and Budgets & Proposals Executive from August 2007 to December 2008. Prior to that, Claire worked at Quintiles as a Senior Budget Specialist from January 2005 to August 2007, and at Inveresk Research as a Senior Research Scientist from April 2003 to December 2004. In their various roles, Claire has demonstrated strong project management skills, the ability to work under strict deadlines, and expertise in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Claire Anderson completed their high school education at Kirkcaldy High School from 1992 to 1998. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Biological Science (Hons Neuroscience) from The University of Edinburgh, specializing in Neuroscience, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Anatomy, Physiology, and Psychology from 1998 to 2001.
