Eric Jacobson

Eric Jacobson has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Eric currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at MAC Trailer. Before joining MAC Trailer, they were the Owner and Chief Human Resources Officer at eJake LLC, where they also worked as a Business Consultant. Prior to that, Eric worked at Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions as the Vice President of Human Resources for 10 years. Eric also held the position of HR Director at Pentair and worked in various roles at Eaton Corporation, including Employee Relations Manager and Division HR Manager. Eric's early career includes roles as an HR Manager and HR Supervisor at Rockwell Automation.

Eric Jacobson completed their high school education at Yorktown High School, where they earned a High School Diploma in Mathematics in 1986. Eric then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Psychology at Miami University from 1986 to 1990. Later, they attended Central Michigan University from 1990 to 1992, where they obtained a Master's degree in HR Administration.
