Nuwan Rajapakse

Nuwan Rajapakse is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in test engineering and management. Currently serving as a System Test Engineer at Mach Industries since August 2025, Nuwan previously held multiple roles at Rivian from May 2021 to August 2025, including Test Engineering Lead and Lab Manager, where development and execution of test plans for high-voltage battery modules were key responsibilities. Nuwan also managed operations as Shop Manager and Head Mechanic at American Tire Bay from April 2016 to May 2020, and grew a heavy haul trucking business as CEO of Gojira Inc from January 2016 to June 2018. Earlier experience includes a role as Datacenter Engineer at WD, where Nuwan coordinated with numerous partners and led qualification test plans for drive programs. Nuwan's educational background includes studies at UC Irvine, Cypress College, and the City University of New York-College of Staten Island.
