Karen Dubin

Karen Dubin has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Karen most recently served as the Chief Technology Officer at Mack Defense, LLC since September 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an Information Management Officer at Northwest Partners from November 2019 to September 2020. Karen has also worked at Microsoft as a Public Speaker for the Women in Technology Series from January 2014 to September 2020. Other notable roles include CTO/CISO at Strategic Consulting Partners from March 2018 to October 2019, and CIO/CTO/CISO at MMBB Financial Services from June 2014 to March 2018. Karen has also held positions such as Director of Information Technology at NJSFDA, Chief Information Officer at Clariant, and Chief Technology Officer/Senior Partner at Strategic Global Consulting.

Karen Dubin holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Missouri State University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including Secret Security Clearance from Mack Defense, LLC in September 2020, Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from VMEdu Inc. in May 2020, and CFATS certification from the US Department of Homeland Security in January 2010.
