Steve Deck

Steve Deck has extensive work experience in the finance and real estate sectors. Steve currently serves as the Vice President of Capital Raising & Investor Relations at Mack Real Estate Group since November 2021. Prior to this, Steve worked at Greystone & Co. from August 2017 to November 2021, where they held the position of Vice President and was responsible for multifamily and healthcare financing solutions. Before Greystone, they worked at BlueGate Partners as a Senior Associate, facilitating real estate transactions across various property types. Steve also served as an Associate and Senior Analyst at BlueGate Partners. Steve started their career as a Junior Appraiser at Cushman & Wakefield in July 2013 and as a Financial Analyst in Private Wealth Management at Goldman Sachs in 2012. Additionally, Steve worked as a Credit Risk Analyst at UBS Investment Bank in 2011 and had a CO-OP role in Accounting/Finance at Keurig, Inc. in 2010.

Steve Deck attended Northeastern University from 2008 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Accounting. In September 2020, they obtained a certification in "Learn Emotional Intelligence, the Key Determiner of Success" from LinkedIn.
