Martin Snell

Martin Snell is an experienced planning manager with a robust background in community development and urban planning. Currently serving as Planning Manager at MacKay Sposito since June 2018, Martin previously held positions such as Director of Community Development and Community Planning Director at Clark County WA from October 2005 to April 2018. Prior to that, Martin was Planning Manager for the City of Camas, Washington, from March 1996 to 2005. Martin holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Western Washington University.
