Paul Numan

Paul Numan is the current General Manager Corporate Services at Mackenzie District Council. Paul has also previously worked as a Principal Advisor at the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, New Zealand and as a General Manager at Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority (CERA).
