Olivia Mannix has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Olivia began their career at Costain Group PLC as a Personal Assistant to a Project Manager in 2001. Olivia then moved on to work as a Personal Assistant to the National Manager at Telstra in 2002. In 2003, they joined Federation University Australia as an Administrative Officer in the Research & Graduate Studies Office. Olivia then became an Executive Assistant to the Executive Director of Human Resources at Ballarat Health Services in 2005. Olivia continued their executive support roles at Connections UnitingCare from 2012 to 2017, where they worked as an Executive Assistant to the General Manager of Community Services. Olivia then joined Uniting Vic.Tas in 2017 as an Executive Assistant to the Executive Officer for Eastern and Southern Melbourne. Their most recent role was at MacKillop Family Services, where they worked as a Policy and Performance Project Implementation Officer from 2019 to 2021 before transitioning to their current position as a Policy and Performance Project Coordinator.
