Kirsty Fraser has a diverse background in the food industry, starting as an Account Manager at Ecolab and progressing to roles such as Hygiene Manager at Kettle Produce Ltd. and Site Hygiene Manager at Caledonian Produce. Kirsty later transitioned to roles focusing on food safety and quality, working as a Food Safety Auditor at FSIG Ltd and a Food Safety Consultant at Sainsbury's. Currently, Kirsty serves as the Head of Quality and Interim Head of Product at Macphie UK, bringing their extensive expertise to the company. Kirsty has a BSC(Hons) in Applied Food Science with Marketing from Queen Margaret University.
