Tracy Wolstencroft

Tracy Wolstencroft currently serves as a Senior Advisor at TPG and holds advisory board positions at Carbon Direct and the Center on Global Energy Policy. Wolstencroft is a Board Trustee at The Brookings Institution and a Global Advisory Board Member at Macro Advisory Partners. Since 2008, Wolstencroft has been the Chair Emeritus of the International Rescue Committee and served as a Board Trustee at National Geographic until 2021. Previous roles include President and CEO of Heidrick & Struggles from 2014 to 2019 and Partner and Managing Director at The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. from 1985 to 2010, following various positions at J.P. Morgan & Co. Tracy Wolstencroft holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Bowdoin College.
