Jessica Pafford

Jessica brings over six years of international human resources experience, specializing in employee engagement and instilling a collaborative, inclusive culture. Jessica's knowledge ranges from learning and development, performance management, compensation planning, talent management and more, making her a true jack of all trades when it comes to the human piece of any organization. In her previous role at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, she successfully built the Learning and Development program from the ground up, created and grew strategic global HR partnerships in twelve countries, and recruited top talent from all over the world.

As an HR professional, Jessica has worked hard to ensure global cohesion and management competencies by leveraging technology across continents, creating virtual training and professional development opportunities that otherwise might not be possible. Jessica has a passion for establishing meaningful employee/employer relationships throughout the entire employee lifecycle experience, and has been instrumental in providing guidance on employee relations and retention. All of her experience has truly led Jessica to be a strategic HR business partner in her field.

Born and raised in Florida, Jessica received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Central Florida.
