Susan A. Bach

Susan A. Bach has a strong background in Human Resources, with over 30 years of experience. Susan A. has held various leadership positions in different companies, including MacroGenics, Inc., where they are currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources since 2015. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at US Pharmacopeia from 2011 to 2015. Susan also held the position of Director/VP of Human Resources at Sucampo Pharmaceuticals from 2006 to 2011. Earlier in their career, they were the Sr. HR Manager/Director at Invitrogen from 2003 to 2005 and worked as the Director of HR at Adolor Corporation from 2000 to 2003. Susan began their career at SmithKline Beecham in 1988 and held various HR management roles until 2000.

From 2004 to 2007, Susan A. Bach completed their education at The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School. During this time, they obtained a Master of Science in Organization Development & Strategic HR.
