Kayla Graves (Dow-Tierney)

Kayla Graves (Dow-Tierney) has a diverse work experience. Kayla started their career in 2013 as a Marketing Intern at Safe Kids Grand Forks. In 2014, they worked as a Fashion Business Development professional at Infor. From 2015 onwards, they joined Made For Retail Inc., where they held various roles including Product Specialist, Product Specialist Team Lead, Manager of Technical Product Development Specialists, Manager of Product Quality, Senior Manager of Supply Chain Operations & QA, and currently Associate Director of Supply Chain Operations & QA.

Kayla Graves (Dow-Tierney) completed their bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Marketing from the University of North Dakota, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. These certifications include the ASQ Certified Quality Improvement Associate from ASQ - World Headquarters, obtained in June 2021, membership in ASQ as of April 2021, the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from SixSigma.us, obtained in April 2020, and the Target Business Partner Product Engineer- Technical Accreditation from Target, achieved in December 2018.
