Chief Marketing Officer at Maestro ABM

Melissa Frozza's work experience includes serving as the Chief Marketing Officer at Maestro ABM, where they lead the marketing strategies and focuses on developing partnerships, events, and community management. Melissa also worked as a mentor and facilitator of the community management course at Community Manager School. Prior to that, Melissa served at RD Station in various roles, including Customer & Partner Marketing Coordinator, Community Manager, and Partner Community Manager. In these roles, they led community management teams, organized events, produced content, and managed social media for the partner community. Melissa was also responsible for planning and executing marketing events for partner agencies and technology companies, and managed a portfolio of partners for adhesion and retention purposes. Melissa also worked as an Analyst at Uatt? and as an Assistant Manager at Bradesco, where they managed client accounts and handled customer service and sales of financial products.

Melissa Frozza completed their Especialização em Marketing Criativo at Universidade do Vale do Itajaí from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Processos Gerenciais with a focus in Administração e Negócios from UniCesumar, where they studied from 2013 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Melissa has obtained various certifications. Melissa completed the Rock in Rio Academy - Live Case Study program at HSM in September 2022. Melissa also holds a certification in Curadoria de Conteúdo from Bits to Brands, obtained in May 2021. In August 2019, they completed a certification in Live Marketing - Experiências que aproximam Marcas e seus Públicos at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. Further, Melissa acquired certifications in Inbound Marketing and Uso do software RD Station from Resultados Digitais, both obtained in October 2016.
