Tarun Sachdeva

Tarun Sachdeva has over 12 years of work experience in the IT industry. Tarun currently works as a Support Delivery Manager at Magic FinServ since 2021. Prior to that, Tarun held the position of Lead Technical Consultant at NIIT Technologies from 2018 to 2021, where they were responsible for various tasks such as enterprise and web application maintenance, Agile methodology application development, release management, troubleshooting, and vendor management. Tarun worked as a Technical Team Lead at Conduent from 2012 to 2018, leading and managing a team, overseeing Oracle database release deployment and management, conducting bug fixes, and handling all phases of the SDLC. Tarun also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Sun Life from 2010 to 2012 and as an Application Engineer at Wipro Infotech Limited from 2009 to 2010, where they were involved in installation, configuration, application support, and bug-fixing. Tarun has experience in various operating systems, programming languages, and database servers. Tarun has displayed leadership skills by mentoring and coaching team members, preparing reports and presentations, conducting project meetings, and performing team performance reviews. Tarun is familiar with tools such as Splunk, JIRA, Bugzilla, Putty, WinScp, GIT, Toad, CICD, Jenkins, and DevOps.

Tarun Sachdeva pursued their education in the field of computer programming and information sciences. Tarun obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming, Specific Applications from Kurukshetra University between 2001 and 2004. Following that, they went on to complete their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from the same university from 2004 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Tarun Sachdeva also obtained two additional certifications. In June 2010, they acquired the "IBM Certified Database Associate -- DB2 9 Fundamentals" certification from IBM. More recently, in September 2021, they obtained the "ITIL Foundation Level" certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
