Anastasia Lang

Anastasia Lang is the Chief Legal Officer at Magic Leap. Anastasia was previously an attorney at Perkins Coie LLP from October 2008 to August 2015. Ana focused their practice on corporate formation, venture capital financings, mergers & acquisitions, technology transfer transactions and general business counseling. Anastasia represented companies in transactions across a wide array of industries including, among others, software, digital media and Internet services.
