Mahesh Thipse

Mahesh Thipse has over 25 years of work experience. Mahesh started their career as a Developer at Precision Automation and Robotics in 1994. In 1995, they worked at Quick Heal Technologies as a Team Leader, where they focused on porting code and developing interfaces for Windows systems. Since 1998, Mahesh has been with Magic Software Enterprises, holding various roles including Manager of Development and currently serving as an R&D Director. At Magic Software Enterprises, they have led and grown multiple high performing scrum teams, championed process improvement initiatives, and successfully delivered regular software releases in an Agile Scrum environment. Throughout their career, Mahesh has demonstrated leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to design and develop scalable and secure platforms for enterprise applications.

Mahesh Thipse earned a Master of Computer Science (MCS) degree in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University, where they studied from 1992 to 1994. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Amazon Web Services Essential Training," "Architecting Big Data Applications: Real-Time Application Engineering," and "Scrum Fundamentals Certified." These certifications were obtained in August 2018.
