Gbolahan Adebayo has a diverse work experience in the field of data analysis and visualization. Gbolahan began their career as a Data Entry and Research Analyst Intern at the University of Ilorin in 2020. Following this, they joined Interswitch Group as a Data Analyst from September 2020 to August 2021, where they were responsible for performing root cause analyses, developing standardized SQL data exports, and interacting with stakeholders for data gathering and analysis.

In 2021, Gbolahan joined Avatrade Marketplace as a Data Analyst. In this role, they analyzed historical data, created dashboards and reports, and developed business KPI dashboards using Tableau. Gbolahan also utilized Google Analytics to understand customer behavior and enhance marketplace performance.
