John Burmeister has a range of work experience in customer service and sales. John started their career as a server at Sammy's Woodfired Pizza from 2017 to 2018, where they provided excellent and efficient service to guests and resolved conflicts. From 2019 to 2021, John worked as a server at Red Lobster, managing orders and transactions, and leveraging their menu knowledge to enhance the dining experience. John then transitioned to a Catering Administrator role at Lucille's Smokehouse Bar-B-Que in 2022, where they prepared contracts and invoices for catering events and built relations with the community to drive sales. In 2021, they worked as a server at Hopdoddy Burger Bar, multitasking in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks while strengthening their customer service skills. Currently, John is working as an Account Manager at MagTek, performing telesales activities for new and existing accounts.
John Burmeister has a strong educational background in communication and media studies. John began their education at El Camino College in 2017, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in the same field of study. Following this, they enrolled at California State University, Long Beach in 2020 and is expected to complete their Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies in 2022. In addition to their formal education, John has obtained a certification in Mediation from California State University, Long Beach in May 2022.
