Satyam Talati

Satyam Talati is the current legal counsel at Mahindra Automotive North America. Satyam has held this position since October of 2017. Prior to that, they were the senior legal counsel for the company from October of 2017 to October of 2019. Satyam's routine workload includes drafting and negotiating various types of complex agreements, interfacing with regulatory agencies, overseeing litigation, and handling day-to-day issues that arise in the manufacturing, sales, supply chain, logistics, and human resources departments. Satyam regularly meets with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer with respect to business planning and strategy, as well as assists in evaluating new markets and product lines. Satyam is also responsible for preparing and maintaining all corporate records, including meeting minutes and inter-company documents.

Prior to their work at Mahindra Automotive North America, Satyam Talati worked as an associate attorney at Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss, PC from December of 2003 to February of 2007. Before that, they worked as an associate attorney at Dykema Gossett, PLLC from August of 2001 to December of 2003.

Satyam Talati attended Michigan State University for their Bachelor's degree in Political Economy. Satyam then went on to The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law to earn their Juris Doctor.
