Previously, they held the role of Vice President of Purchasing and Logistics at Mahle Behr Business Unit, overseeing procurement, supply chain management, logistics, and supplier quality on a global scale. Stefan also served as the Head of Purchasing and Logistics Global, responsible for procurement and supply chain management for non-automotive applications worldwide. Before joining MAHLE, Stefan worked as a Managing Consultant at Detecon International GmbH, a Commodity Manager at Delta Air Lines, a Procurement Research Agent at STIHL USA, and a Senior Buyer at Linotype-Hell AG.
Stefan Maier holds an MBA in International Business from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business. Stefan also has a Diplom Wirtschaftsingenieur in Industrial Engineering from Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences.
