Amy Thornton, AIA, is an accomplished architect and project manager with extensive experience in the architecture field. Currently serving at Mahlum since December 2023, Thornton has previously held significant positions at GBD Architects as a Senior Associate and at Ankrom Moisan Architects as a Project Manager. Prior roles include Project Architect/Project Manager at YB-A Architects, Architectural Designer at Hacker, and Project Architect at Works Progress Architecture, LLP. Thornton began a prolific career at 1100 Architect, contributing as Job Captain and later as Project Architect for notable projects, including the Isaac Mizrahi Residence. Thornton's education includes a Master of Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from The University of New Mexico.
