Dr. Murlidhar Jadhav

Dr. Murlidhar Jadhav currently serves as Lab Manager for Quality Assurance at Mahyco since February 2016, overseeing seed quality lab testing, budget preparation, resource management, and process improvement trials. Previous roles include Associate Research Scientist in R&D Biotechnology focusing on molecular characterization of transgenic traits, and Senior Research Fellow at the National Agricultural Innovation Project. Experience in agricultural biotechnology is complemented by a Ph.D. in Plant Biotechnology from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University and a Master's degree in Agricultural Biotechnology from Chaudhary Sarwan Kumar Himachal Pradesh Krishi Vishvavidyalaya. Dr. Jadhav has extensive expertise in seed testing, DNA fingerprinting, and molecular characterization, with a strong background in transgenic research and tissue culture techniques.
