Julie Shuter

Julie Shuter is an accomplished professional in the housing and customer service sectors, currently serving as Housing Portfolio Manager at Maidstone Borough Council since January 2024. With extensive experience at Metropolitan Thames Valley in various leadership roles, including Regional Customer Services Director and Director of Customer Care, Julie has a strong background in delivering innovative health and social care services through Medvivo Group Ltd. Prior leadership positions include Regional Operations Director at Anchor Hanover Group, where oversight included a multi-million-pound housing disposals program, and Head of Housing with Support Services at Golding Homes.
